Wood Printcraft attains FSC-Certification

We are proud to announce that as of April 2008, the Wood Printcraft Group has been certified as a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain-of-Custody company.

As an FSC-certified printer, Wood Printcraft participates in a Chain-of-Custody certification system which provides evidence that our paper products have been handled in an environmentally-friendly manner in each manufacturing step, from raw forest material to the final printed piece.

WPG sought the certification as part of a larger, long-standing initiative supporting the environment. "Wood Printcraft has always been proud of its committment to managing its operation in an environmentally sound manner," says Criona Turley, Managing Director. That corporate philosophy, coupled with the desire of our customers to use environmentally responsible products, made the decision to pursue FSC-certification a natural step."
